The Internal Service Centre is staffed by highly qualified professionals in their field. Digitisation and automation projects are being developed to meet the Group’s objectives, to respect the environment and reduce manual work. The Companies Group has implemented a document management system, is continuously working on automation and robotization issues, and is seeking the most advanced solutions. Financial data and reports are analysed using PowerBI, so we can see results and trends in real time.

The LEAN Asaichi meeting system is used in day-to-day operations, as well as following existing ISO standards.
